As a Virtual Benefits Enrollment Specialist, you’ll be responsible for assisting clients with their benefits needs, explaining policy options, and helping them make informed decisions about their coverage. You will be provided with warm leads, and your success will directly correlate to the time and effort you put into educating clients and closing sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound leads and make outbound calls to set appointments and educate clients on available benefits.
- Present and explain insurance options to clients, addressing their questions and helping them select the best plans to meet their needs.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure they feel valued and supported throughout the enrollment process.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Work with a team of like-minded individuals committed to personal growth and business success.
